TIimeshare Trackday 2025

  • Share Knowledge

We create a fun, interactive space that organically leads to collaboration and idea sharing. Maximum track time and coaching will allow for varied learning opportunities for both new and experienced drivers.

  • Build Relationships

Have fun, make friends and even form business relationships. You may not find your soulmate here but you might just find your new tuner, mechanic or car buddies!

  • Inspire New Enthusiasts

Our target audience includes people who have always been interested in driving on a race track but never saw a path to getting involved. We want to get you to fall in love and come back for more. Doing it on the track is way more exciting (and safer) than doing it on the street.

The Timeshare Trackday is an all-day event set in a welcoming, laid back setting, focusing on high value instruction and maximum track time. It employs the standard 3 run group format based on experience level (novice, intermediate and advanced). Participants can expect to have a total of six 20 minute sessions throughout the day. But don’t worry, if you are not ready for a full day of driving, sign up with a friend (with the same level of experience) as a co-driver and split the sessions however you want! See last year’s schedule here.

This is not an official driving school but we will have professional instructors and experienced drivers ready and willing to coach less experienced drivers. We will have at least a 2:1 ratio of novice drivers to instructors and novices will benefit from a mix of in car and lead-follow coaching.

During the advanced run group, participants and guests over 18 will have the opportunity to take hot laps with the experienced drivers. This thrilling experience has been a crowd favorite every year.

We break for lunch at noon, but there is no break in the excitement! This is the time to enjoy some authentic Jamaican Jerk provided by 3Face Racing and our interactive raffle while the track is open for all to enjoy parade laps.

Carolina Motorsports Park is located in the small, quiet town of Kershaw, SC but there are multiple lodging options available nearby. For the more adventurous types, onsite camping is available free of charge the night before the track day. The track is only an hour and a half away from Charlotte, NC and two and a half hours away from Charleston, SC for those looking to take advantage of a long weekend spent taking advantage of all the Carolinas have to offer.

Lunch, an event t-shirt, and gifts from our sponsors are included in your registration. Hot coffee, snacks and cool beverages are available to all throughout the day!

  • Wonderful environment, family feeling. I enjoy these events feel very welcome and happy to do what I can to continue make these events fun and safe. One of the best track day events I have attended.

    Steve, Instructor

  • I had a wonderful time at the [first] event and would love to come back and play instructor for you. Everyone was so welcoming and receptive to coaching.

    Jonathan, Instructor

  • Loved the relaxed family atmosphere & the food. Always great helping new to the track drivers get comfortable on course. Being able to give multiple rides to those who had never experienced a hot lap on a road course was the best part for me. One of those experiences that others will remember for a lifetime.

    Bryan, Instructor

  • Very enjoyable experience. Hopefully the laid-back vibe can be kept going forward...Most legal fun ever.

    Scott, Intermediate Driver

  • Communication was great leading up to the event! I really appreciated all the information about where to reserve garage spaces.

    Randy, Intermediate Driver

  • Thanks so much for the help getting my broken car home. Y'all are the best!!

    Neil, Novice Driver

  • The schedule worked well. Since it was raining, it gave a chance for instructors to survey the current condition of the track and give pointers of areas to look out for.

    Emory, Novice Driver

  • Liked the parade laps during the lunch break...The raffle was fun. Liked the items the winners needed to present. As always, the BBQ was really tasty and the lunch line was efficient in getting everyone served in time.

    John, Advanced Driver

  • Loved everything! It was like a family reunion. I’m from the Dominican Republic but you guys made me feel what is like to be around a bunch of Caribbeans that enjoy a good time; I felt right at home!

    Reinaldo, Instructor

  • Loved everything about this event..even driving a car that I hated still felt exciting. Can't wait to bring a REAL car on this track next year. VAG to di world mi sey.
